1. Who you are buying from

Stukalin Build is the brand used by Aleksandr Vladimirovich Stukalin, the seller of the guides and operator of this website. These terms apply to our digital guide purchases. They do not describe Stukalin Build as a U.S. corporation, licensed repair contractor, or emergency service.

Review these terms, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy before ordering. By completing a purchase of our guides, you agree to the purchase terms presented to you. Please contact us before payment if you have a question.

2. The products

Homeowner Edition and Renter Edition are English-language downloadable PDF guides. Each separate edition includes its desktop/print PDF and its phone-first PDF. Complete Bundle includes both editions: four PDFs in total. These are digital products, not printed books, on-site inspections, repair services, or personal consultations.

The edition, contents, price, and currency shown for your order at checkout are the details of that purchase. A purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Downloaded copies do not require a recurring payment.

3. Checkout, prices, and payment

Our purchase buttons open a lava.top checkout. Lava.top provides the checkout platform, and its payment providers handle payment processing. You enter payment information on their systems, not on this website. Their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply to your use of those services.

Website prices are in U.S. dollars unless a different currency is expressly shown. Review the final amount, currency, and any tax or optional service-fee contribution shown at checkout before authorizing payment. An optional contribution is not required by Stukalin Build to purchase a guide. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion or international-payment charges, which we do not control.

We do not add a new charge or recurring payment after you complete your one-time order. A price change for future customers does not change an order already paid for.

4. Digital delivery and access

After successful payment, access to the purchased files is provided through lava.top. Use the email address entered at checkout to locate your purchase and any access instructions. There is no physical shipment.

Save your downloaded files to your own device for continued personal use. If payment succeeded but you cannot access the correct files, email gepeek62@gmail.com with your checkout email and order reference, if available. We will help resolve access problems; our refund policy and any mandatory remedies remain available.

5. Your personal-use license

A purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal-use license to download, store, and print your guide files for yourself and members of your household. You may keep personal copies on your own devices and use the included forms for your own home, tenancy, and repair records.

You may not resell the files, upload them to public or shared download libraries, distribute copies outside your household, or reproduce the guide as a competing product without our written permission. This does not restrict uses allowed by applicable copyright law. We retain copyright in the guides. Under our 30-day guarantee, you may keep your guide files and their personal-use license after a refund.

6. Safe use and the limits of a guide

The guides provide general educational information. They are not a substitute for emergency services, an on-site assessment, licensed professional advice, manufacturer instructions, or the rules that apply to your building. Building systems, local codes, leases, and individual circumstances differ.

For fire, suspected gas leaks, a carbon-monoxide alarm, or another immediate danger, leave the dangerous area and contact local emergency services from a safe location. Do not delay evacuation to consult a guide. Do not perform a task that you cannot do safely or that your lease, local law, or equipment instructions prohibit.

Examples of repair costs and savings are illustrative, not a guarantee of a particular financial result. We do not promise that a guide identifies every defect or prevents every loss. These limits do not cancel our stated refund guarantee or any consumer protection that the law does not allow us to exclude.

7. Refunds and consumer rights

Our 30-day Refund Policy is part of these purchase terms. It applies to downloaded guides as well as guides you have not yet opened. We do not require a reason or require you to delete the PDFs.

Nothing here waives mandatory consumer rights, remedies for a defective or misdescribed product, or your lawful right to raise a payment dispute. Where applicable law gives you greater protection, that protection takes priority.

8. Questions, complaints, and changes

Send order questions or complaints to gepeek62@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue. These terms do not require private arbitration or waive access to courts, regulators, or payment-dispute processes available under applicable law.

We may update these terms for future orders and will change the date above. A later update does not retroactively reduce the refund promise or personal-use license for an earlier purchase. The terms and offer presented when you purchased govern that purchase, subject to applicable law.
